PowerPoint Presentation

Strategic foresight is the understanding of alternative - possible, probable and preferred - futures and the worldviews and myths that underlie them. It is a way of knowing what we want to be in the future. It is a way of knowing which future you want to live in. Strategic futures thinking enables us to think strategically in whatever we do. It creates flexibility in decision-making by moving from a focus on one future to an analysis of alternative futures.

Presenters: Mr. Godfrey Mayende, Assistant Lecturer Department of Open and Distance Learning
Dr Paul B. Muyinda, Chair Department of Open and Distance Learning

Title: ICT and Authentic Learning/Teaching

Moderator: Assoc. Prof. Jessica Aguti.
